Maddison Beaty
M.A., LBA, BCBA
Hi! I’m Maddison Beaty, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Open Doors ABA! I strive to meet each client right where they are and help lead our team in delivering impactful, person-centered therapy. I’m an advocate for autonomy and giving every person a voice, whether that’s through an AAC device, vocal language, sign language, PECS, etc. I am a firm believer that a person who feels safe and loved is a person who’s ready to learn; connection comes first, and growth follows. I love celebrating the big AND small victories, and there’s nothing I love more than watching people reach potentials they once thought were unreachable.

Hello! My name is Brianna George. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Open Doors ABA. I have been in the ABA field since 2024. I enjoy helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting their individual goals and celebrating their progress. I encourage children by being patient, using positive reinforcement, celebrating small victories, and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they feel comfortable learning and growing. I love ABA because I get to make a positive difference in children’s lives. Watching them learn new skills, build confidence, gain independence, and reach their milestones is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I have worked with toddlers to late teenagers helping them communicate, socialize, and provide functional support as well as collaborating on behavior reduction. I have a deep passion for helping others and I can’t express how rewarding it is to see the progress from different friends!
