This policy describes how Open Doors ABA LLC handles information used for our parent and guardian text-message program.
Information used for texting
We use your name, mobile number, texting preferences, consent record, and message history to communicate about intake, onboarding, scheduling, and administrative care coordination. Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in recurring text messages.
Use and sharing
We do not sell or share consumer personal information, including mobile numbers, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Service providers that deliver and support our messaging may process information only as needed to provide those services on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law. These limited disclosures do not authorize recipients to use your mobile number or consent for their own marketing.
Your choices
Texting is optional. You may decline or withdraw SMS consent without losing the ability to request services. Reply STOP to stop text messages, or contact us to update your preferences. Reply HELP for assistance. We keep the records needed to honor your choices and document communications.
Protecting health information
Ordinary text messages can be visible to others who have access to your device or phone account. Please do not text diagnostic reports, insurance-card images, Social Security numbers, or other detailed medical information. Ask our team for the appropriate document-submission method. This SMS policy does not replace any notice or consent that applies to your clinical records.
